Assignment 3(second draft):Types of singers in Taiwan

There are so many types of music such as Classical , Blues , Rock , Pop , Folk , Jazz and Hip Hop, etc; however , only some of them are popular in Taiwan. Maybe , we could classify most of the singers , in Taiwan , into four types : Rock singer , Hip Hop singer , Pop singer and Folk singer. These are the four popular types of singers in Taiwan.

Rock singers prefer playing very loud rock music and singing so loud (adv.). They really like to play their instruments at full volume , because it is their main characteristic. For example , Wu Bai is a representative Rock singer in Taiwan. There are a lot of people love his style of singing and support his music. On the other hand , Hip Hop singers also like to play their music so loud (adv.) , but it is not louder than Rock music. The main style of Hip Hop singers is that they usually sing the types of music which have very fast tempo. For instance , Machi is a very famous Hip Hop group in Taiwan. Hip Hop singers rise and develop so fast (adv.) recently , and they are very popular with(among)teenagers in Taiwan. Pop singers are the most popular than (compared to) any types of singers in Taiwan , because over half of singers are Pop singers. Owing to this reason , most of the famous singers stars (delete) are Pop singers. Pop music are the most popular with everybody in Taiwan , because TV and radio broadcast Pop music all the time . Therefore , people are used to listen (Ving) to Pop music and like them. For example , Jay and Jolin are both the very famous Pop singers in Taiwan. (Here you can add a connector, phrase, or adv. to make it more coherent, ex. "Different from the above three types of music") Folk music could be called native music , because it could represent native cultures and lives. There are few Folk singers in Taiwan , because only some of specific (delete) people like them such as older and middle-aged people. Most of the teenagers don’t (in formal writing we always use "do not") like to listen to this type of music. However , Folk music is very valuable , so we should thank for Folk singers to help us reserve them. For instance , Tsai Chin is a representative Folk singer in Taiwan.

There are four different types of singers in Taiwan , and all of them have their own supporters. In general , you will have quite different feelings when you listen to the four different kinds of music. For example , you will feel so high or excited when you listen to Rock or Hip Hop , or you will feel relax (adj.) or happy when you listen to Pop or Folk. In conclusion , different types of singers will give you quite different feeling (plural) when you listen to their music or see their live shows.
